Hi and welcome to Zumba Bristol where we plan to get Zumba® and the party capital of the West Country, Bristol truly acquainted!
Although Zumba® has taken the US by storm it is still fairly new to the UK. Word however is spreading rapidly, as more people agree it’s the perfect combination of aerobic activity and fun. Yes fun!
All classes are suitable for beginners and its easy to follow moves and Latin tunes are proving so effective and addictive people continue to come back for more even after weight loss goals have been achieved.
So please enter and discover the amazing fitness phenomenon that has swept the US and finally arrived here in Bristol city centre.
